So here is just another way of how I serve my poached eggs together with other goodness for a yummo brunch ( and me bf just loved it !)

In brief, I toasted the bread with a bit of butter, fried the bacon to crispy, quickly heat up 1 layer of ham, then served poached eggs on top with a pinch of salt and pepper. Done in 10!
