Yes, right, Vietnamese we eat frogs. Mum had duck the other day, and she fancy some frogs today so yes, I cooked another savory dish for her. Please do buy ready-to-cook frogs from the super market, and here are the steps:

  • Over med heat wok, melted 10gr of butter, and fry frogs until golden, leave to rest
  • In another wok, melted another 10gr of butter, add fresh chopped garlic, then follow my “equation” of 1 fish sauce + 2 sugar. Stir the sauce gently until thicken
  • Add fried frogs and toss to coat with the sauce gently
