Apologies first for the type of color my phone made this pic look ( I do not like the yellowish though). Yet you are in for another quick and easy treat: Sweet and salty bitter melon.

  1. Cut bitter melon to small and thin slices, dry them out under the sun for 1 day or 2
  2. Sauté some chopped leeks until fragrant. Add 6 tspn of vegan fish sauce + 3 tspn of sugar (using for 1kg of bitter melon), wait until the sugar is well blend.
  3. Add bitte melon, stir well. Add sesame at the very end.
  4. Leave to rest and serve with either bread of hot rice.
