Apologies first for the type of color my phone made this pic look ( I do not like the yellowish though). Yet you are in for another quick and easy treat: Sweet and salty bitter melon.
- Cut bitter melon to small and thin slices, dry them out under the sun for 1 day or 2
- Sauté some chopped leeks until fragrant. Add 6 tspn of vegan fish sauce + 3 tspn of sugar (using for 1kg of bitter melon), wait until the sugar is well blend.
- Add bitte melon, stir well. Add sesame at the very end.
- Leave to rest and serve with either bread of hot rice.
