Yes, I repost this recipe so you can find it easier on my blog. You can add crispy bacon on top of the pasta if you want.

INGREDIENTS for the pasta dish:

–         250gr of your favorite pasta, uncooked

–         250gr of button mushroom, washed and quartered

–         1 tbsp of olive oil

–         1½ cups of extra thick cream

–         1½ cups of milk

–         1½ cups of vege broth

–          ½ cups of grated Parmesan cheese

–          ½ cups of unsalted butter

–         Salt, to taste

–         Mixed Italian herbs (Oregano, basil, thyme, marjoram, sage, parsley, bay leaves and cracked black pepper)


–        Add all above ingredients together into a large wide pot, apart from some cheese for thicken at the end and garnish – what make this dish tastes so good is the uncooked pasta, to be cooked with the rest of your ingredients

–        Bring to a boil, and then simmer with lower heat until the mixture thicken and with lid only partially on

–       Stir a few times to mix then boil for about 10 minutes

–       Add in cheese and stir until melted.

–       Season to salt & pepper. Taste it. Garnish with some extra cheese on top
