This, is quite easy either in the morning or to be served as a side dish.
What do you need to have? Couscous, chickpeas, linseed, chia seed, dried cranberries, spinach, fresh cream cheese or feta cheese, salt, 1/4 lime, your fav herbs as optional. Feel free to adjust/change/add any other healthy goodness as you wish.

Cook chickpeas and couscous as per pack’s instruction, then mix with all other ingredients. Serve fresh and I do not need to remind you about above ingredients’ benefit!
