This soup, is very easy
Prepared chicken broth first, and a few ingredients as you see below: shredded chicken, cornstarch or tapioca mixed with cold water, beaten eggs, snow fungus, shiitake mushroom.
Add all ingredients in, EXCEPT for the eggs and tapioca. Bring to boil then pour slowly the tapioca and stir gently until thickened. And when the soup is still hot, add the egg and stir gently again before serve with seasame oil, chilly, pepper and soya sauce.
