Hi!

With this easy-to-make dish, yet tasty and very healthy at the same time, you can serve this delightful dish in just 20-30mins – suitable for both man and woman 🙂 . I normally do not have much time, yet when I do have some spare ones, I will definitely go for something relaxing, no-fuss and definitely enjoyable like this.

INGREDIENTS:

–         2-3 long big eggplants

–         Grated or flaked parmesan cheese, or just any kind of cheese you prefer

–         250gr chicken/turkey mince

–         Half a can of tomato paste

–         Some fresh basil leaves

–         1/2 cup of red wine

COOKING STEPS:

–         Cook the mince with tomato paste + 1/2 table spoon of salt + 1/2 table spoon of sugar+ red wine. Taste it

–         Fill up this filling into the eggplants, add cheese + fresh basil leaves on top

–         Baked your eggplants with 170oC, in 10mins or until your cheese turn golden

Serve hot with another glass of red wine, under romantic candles, you already have a sensation dinner for your loved ones 🙂
