I love homemade and organic food, simply for healthy reason and protect my loved ones from eating junk food. And as promised, this time I will show you how to make those juicy, thick, mouthwatering burger feature beef patties that no one can resist. This might even stop your kid from asking for going to fast-food chain some how I hope 🙂

INGREDIENTS:

–         500gr of ground beef mince

–         Half of an onion, finely chopped into small cube pieces

–         Mixed Italian herbs, or just thyme or none

–         1 egg

–         2 table spoon of Tapioca scratch

–         50gr of breadcrumb

–         Salt, sugar, red wine

COOKING STEPS:

–         Mixed well beef mince + egg + chopped onion + breadcrumb + herbs + 2 spoon of red wine + ½ spoon of salt + optional pepper first

–         Dust tapioca scratch on top, then mix well again

–         Make patties as thick as your desire

–         Wrap them up like below, then you will be able to store them in freezer up to 14days
